International Delivery is $25.00 flat rate

ESTIMATED ORDER TIMEFRAMES

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. In the unusual event of a delay in the dispatch of your order, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.

 

CHANGE OF MIND or INCORRECT SIZE

If you have received your order and changed your mind, we can provide a refund or exchange of the item/s excluding shipping costs provided item(s) are returned within 30 days of your original order date.

If you have received your order and purchased an incorrect size, we can provide a refund or exchange of the item/s excluding shipping costs provided item(s) are returned within 30 days of your original order date.

 

1. Please email info@tradetime.com.au with a picture of the product you wish to return, in a re-sellable condition, and include the following details:

  • Customer details: [Full name/email address/phone number]
  • Order number:
  • Product name:
  • What is the reason for refund/exchange? [g. change of mind, incorrect size, etc.]

2. Once we have received your email, we will review your submission and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

3. The item/s to be refunded or exchanged, must be returned to Trade Time Tool Bags (delivery costs are the customer responsibility of the customer).

4. Once the item has been received, Trade Time Tool Bags will send out the replacement item/s – regular shipping costs will apply.

 

FAULTY ITEM/S

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us! Please provide the following details via email to info@tradetime.com.au

  • Customer details: [Full name/email address/phone number]
  • Order number:
  • Product name:
  • What is the reason for the claim? [Describe the issue]
  • Attach images of the claim.
    • Photo 1 – Clear high-quality image of the entire product on plain background.
    • Photo 2 – Clear high-quality image detailing the issue [Multiple photos if needed]

 

We will review your submission and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

 

If approved, Trade Time Tool Bags will provide a replacement or refund the item at the customers discretion if the product was purchased within 12 months and is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or design defect only.

 

We will NOT issue a refund if we deem the product has been misused, neglected or tampered with which includes the following:

  • Repairs or modifications made to the product by any person other than Trade Time Tool Bags;
  • Operation of the product outside normal use;
  • Not taking precautionary measures to prevent damage occurring to the product;
  • Storing the product inappropriately;
  • Accidental damage or damage caused by environmental events;
  • Natural ageing of the product;
  • Damage caused by excessive heat or cold;
  • Normal wear and tear.

 

Please note, the following TERMS and CONDITIONS of our return and refund policy:
  • Please initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order;
  • Change of mind purchases or incorrect sizing can be returned for a refund or exchange;
  • Discounted items will be refunded at the sale price, not the regular retail price;
  • Returned items must be returned in unworn and unused condition;
  • Shipping costs will not be covered by Trade Time Tool Bags and are the responsibility of the customer.
